Markets in the northeast of Mallorca

On Mallorca, different markets are held regularly in the various municipalities. Each municipality has its own fixed market day for the weekly market. Here you can buy fruit and vegetables from local cultivation as well as Mallorcan specialities, clothes, jewellery and other beautiful things. In addition to these weekly markets, flea markets also take place regularly. These also have a fixed day of the week in each municipality. There is always a market on Mallorca – just in a different place every day.

Artà

The weekly market in Artà takes place every Tuesday between 9 am and 2 pm on the Plaҫa del Conqueridor. In addition to fresh fruit and vegetables, you can also find souvenirs, clothing, and handicraft items here. Enjoy the special atmosphere surrounded by artists, hippies, and locals.

In addition, a flea market also takes place here every first Sunday of the month between about 10 am and 1.30 pm. Take a stroll past the various market stalls. Clothing, books, toys, furniture, and antiques – you’ll find it all here. Maybe even that bargain you’ve been wanting for a long time?

Cala Ratjada

In Cala Ratjada, the weekly market takes place every Saturday on the “Plaça de los Pinos” (Pine Square). This market is slightly larger than the weekly market in Capdepera. In addition to the usual stalls selling locally grown produce and typical Mallorcan specialities, there are also stalls selling clothing, toys, jewellery, blankets, souvenirs, and leather goods.

Every second Sunday of the month, the flea market in Cala Ratjada takes place around Cap Vermell from around 10 am to 2 pm. Drop by here every now and then, because each time different private individuals offer their treasures for sale.

Son Servera

Every Friday morning, the weekly market is held on Plaça Sant Joan in Son Servera. Fruit, vegetables, clothes, plants, and much more can be bought here. A visit to the market in Son Servera is also a perfect opportunity to explore the hidden alleys in this sleepy village.
