  • Quick comprehension and organisational skills
  • Very good computer skills: Office and Internet, etc.
  • Strong sense of numbers, facts and figures
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial thinking to relieve the management
  • Very good knowledge of German, Spanish and English, written and spoken
  • Serious, well-groomed and obliging appearance, coupled with sympathy
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience in the real estate sector, administration, gestoria, law firm or similar would be an advantage


Your responsibilities:

  • Initial contact with owners interested in selling
  • Presentation of the USP of CCC Real Estate
  • Well-mannered contact and communication with discerning clients (by e-mail, telephone and in person)
  • Creation of sales-promoting exposés
  • Data entry, research and maintenance
  • Creation of appealing real estate photos
  • Maintaining contacts
  • Carrying out acquisition appointments with the management and independently
  • Telephone conversations in German, Spanish and English
  • General office duties
  • Composing correspondence in the respective language
  • Collaboration in the development of marketing strategies
  • Collaboration in farming measures (capture of properties)
  • Support and relief in sales
  • Administrative procedures with the authorities
  • etc.
